Nutritionist. Wife, Mum, Psychologist. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Just like everyone else, I live in the real world and wear many hats. It wasn't until I became a mum, that I realised the power of nutrition. Food intolerances and allergies in my kids required a complete overhaul of my family’s diet. The outcome - better health, but ALSO better behaviour, better moods, and better sleep in ALL of us. This inspired a journey that led to completion of postgraduate studies in Human Nutrition at Deakin University. I am also a qualified Psychologist, with more than 15 years experience working in mental health, injury rehabilitation, general counselling and private practice. My unique combination of experience means that I understand the thought processes and belief systems that underly behaviour and I can help you CHANGE.
Because I live in the real world too, I understand how confusing it can be to eat well. With so much info available to us via the internet, I am constantly researching the latest fads and updating my skills, so that you don’t have to (after all, I understand that not everyone wants to know EVERYthing about nutrition).
